How to participate

The event is reserved for a limited number of photographers and cosplayers (exclusively adults) and it is therefore necessary to fill out the registration form to submit your application.
The email address used for registration will be the same to which every subsequent communication will be addressed, so make sure it is operational.
to submit your application: introducing yourself and attaching up to 9 images.
Incomplete applications will not be considered

Timeline

The event will take place from friday 26/06/2026 to sunday: 28/06/2026

It will be possible to submit your application from wednesday: 24/12/2025 until 11:59 PM on sunday: 22/02/2026
After this period, our staff will shortly communicate the admitted participants via email.

Costs

Each admitted photographer or cosplayer will be required to pay a participation fee of 30 euros. (50 euros for couples)
This fee will cover all days of the event and will guarantee access to workshops, tutoring as well as locations.

Workshop and Tutoring

Led by photographers, cosplayers and makeup artists, they will cover various aspects of cosplay photography
Tutoring sessions will be held directly in the field, taking advantage of spacious locations that can ensure safety.
Workshops will also be conducted mainly outdoors, in limited classes and by reservation (more information in the Academy section).

Locations

Participants will be able to use a series of Locations (many of which are exclusive for the event) to set up their sets. For organizational and safety reasons, also considering that some can only accommodate a limited number of people, they will all be available by reservation only
